Ray Titus

CEO of United Franchise Group

Ray Titus co-founded Signarama with his father, Roy Titus. Ray has led United Franchise Group from its inception to international expansion. With more than 30 years of franchising experience under his belt, Ray continues to give back – both within the franchising community and world over. In 2006, Ray worked to establish the United Franchise Group Foundation, which supports organizations such as Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, The Heath Evans Foundation and Junior Achievement.


Jim Tatem

President of Signarama

Jim Tatem

Beginning his career as owner of the pilot Signarama store in 1986, Jim Tatem played an instrumental role in building and growing the Signarama brand and its franchisee training programs. He acted as Director of Support for 19 years, and in 2005 grew to his position as President. In the Director of Support position, he worked to develop store set-ups, field support programs, and research and development for the Signarama brand. Jim holds memberships within the Digital Print Imaging Association, International Sign Association, and Rotary – West Palm Beach Chapter.


Paula Mercer

VP of Shared Services

Paula Mercer

Paula Mercer has been with United Franchise Group for nearly a decade. In her position as Vice President of Shared Services, Paula oversees internal operations of the organization, in addition to the processes and systems required for starting up new Signarama stores. She has an impressive portfolio of global travel experience, which brings a wealth of knowledge to her position at United Franchise Group.
